ORDER PROCESSING
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED ONCE PLACED.Turnaround time for orders is 10 BUSINESS DAYS MINIMUM. (2 WEEKS)
Turnaround time for Custom Personalized orders is 15 BUSINESS DAYS MINIMUM. (3 WEEKS)
TURNAROUND TIME is subject to change without notice based SALES or VOLUME.
Order's will ship Via Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX or PUROLATR based on location & weight of products. Shipping delivery is approximately 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS after the turnaround time.
Priority shipping is available*
If the Priority Shipping option is selected the order will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days after turnaround time.
Local Pick Up is available in the Niagara Region, Thorold Ontario.
Once your order is ready, you will get an email with instructions for pick up.
Pick Up hours are daily Sunday - Monday from 9am-9pm

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE
For our Threads & Fashion Apparel we do not accept returns at this time, only exchanges can be made as long as items are unworn, undamaged, & tags are attached within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receiving your order.
Exchanged items will depend on stock availability, this is why it is crucial to order the correct size as stock is limited & cannot guarantee the same item with be available if it's sold out.
In the event your item is not available & you want to wait for a restock a Store Gift Certificate will be issued only.
If your item is defective please email ask.kenlee.co@gmail.com within 1 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order.
If you do not notify us within that time frame , it will no longer qualify for a replacement.
The defective item must be unwashed, unworn & in original condition with tag attached.
A replacement item will be given in the exact same product, style & size of the defective item.
If the item is sold out a Store Gift Certificate will be issued only.
All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ken Lee.Co is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, washing or incorrect sizing.
Exact colours of items may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting & different device resolutions.
Apparel & designs may vary slightly in size, placement or colour & do not qualify as defects.
All distressed bleach apparel is ONE OF A KIND!
Each item is hand bleached & due to this method you will see similarities in the shirts but no two will be exactly alike!
Every shirt will be slightly different & unique.
We DO NOT accept returns on bleached shirts because you do not like the bleach effect or pattern, as each item will vary from the picture slightly.
RETURN SHIPPING
If your order is accepted for a exchange/return, a shipping address will be provided.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, it will be issued in the form of a Store Gift Certificate & the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The Store Gift Certificate will be sent out once the item is returned & inspected.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the address entered for shipping is correct.
Ken Lee.Co is not responsible if a package is shipped back, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show.
In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
